David Wohlreich (he/him) is the Head of People Experience & Operations at Front, an enterprise customer communications software company headquartered in San Francisco. At Front, David's team serves as champions and operators of all aspects of the employee experience, from compensation and benefits to office experience and HR technology. Before Front, David worked across industries and across the country in people operations, total rewards, and finance at Niantic, Riot Games, Chubb, and Bosch. David is passionate about the intersection between people and organizations, systems and culture. The son of two psychiatrists, David has made mental health a core focus area of his professional and advocacy work for many years. After a decade in the hospitality industry, David graduated with too many majors and minors from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and currently lives in Menlo Park, California with his fiancée Natasha, a resident physician at Stanford, and Ruffles and Nyx, their cats.
