Brandon serves as the North America Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Syngenta Ag. Fascinated by culture and the interplay between systems and the lived experience, Brandon takes a systemic and human-centered approach when delivering tailored, sustainable solutions. Over the past decade, Brandon has partnered with leaders to design and implement equity, diversity equity, and inclusion (EDI) interventions across the civic, public and private sectors. In his work as an international consultant speaker, facilitator, and practitioner, Brandon has led DEI efforts within organizations such as AppFolio, Diversity Abroad, Verizon Media and Women in Agriculture. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys diving into a variety of Sci-Fi universes, creating and listening to music, hanging out with family and friends and enjoying an ultra-hoppy IPA.
